Yes, you can. Many of our students successfully undertake our programs while travelling.

All study materials are available online, so as long as you have Wi-Fi access, you will be able to access your training material in the Medicine Woman online school. You may just need to plan ahead a little to ensure you have the right teacher plant essences with you while you are travelling. 

No. The teacher plants are an essential and integral part of this program. They are not optional. These teacher plants are the teachers, elders and guides you will be working with for the duration of this program. The entire structure of the program is designed around the formal teacher-student relationship you develop with the teacher plants included in this program.

Without the teacher plants, you would be missing the key component that makes this program uniquely effective. It is through direct experiential work with the teacher plants that deeply profound lasting transformation will occur.

The time you put into the program is entirely up to you. To fully engage with the program we recommend approximately 4 hours per week (about 30mins a day). This includes working with the teacher plant essences, conducting short ceremonies, journaling and reviewing teachings. 

The program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily life, so you can experience transformation without needing to step away from your everyday responsibilities.

The teacher plant essences used in this program do not work on a biochemical level. They work purely at a vibrational level and do not cause any hallucinogenic or side effects.

The physical ingredients in these teacher plants are very simple. They contain pure water and brandy (natural preservative). At a metaphysical level (beyond the physical) – they carry the spirit of the plant, the plant’s vibration or essence. The spirit of each of the 12 teacher plants is what you will be working with in this program.

Yes. The teacher plant essences are preserved with a small amount of brandy to naturally maintain their energetic integrity. Currently, it is not possible to manufacture them to the consistently high standard required without the use of alcohol.

If you are sensitive to alcohol, you have options.

• You can add the essence to a glass of water to significantly dilute the alcohol content, or
• You can add the essence to just-off-the-boil water, allowing the alcohol to evaporate before ingesting

Choosing to use the essences is a personal choice and responsibility, and we encourage you to do what feels right for you.

This program is designed to be fully complete and effective on its own, providing everything you need to experience profound spiritual growth and transformation. You do not need to add any other practices or modalities alongside it for it to be effective.
