    “Life for me is a passionate adventure – it enables my Soul to grow and evolve.
    I love guiding and supporting you as you encounter the rollercoaster of your life and its attendant challenges. Assisting you to a different relationship to these challenges so you can take advantage of the opportunity for your Soul growth and evolution.

    I have spent 40 years studying ways to harmonise body, mind and spirit. I am a Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnosis® Certified Practitioner working at the level of Soul. I am also a First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Registered Practitioner with a Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy. These are my tools of choice. At my initial conversation I work out with my clients the most appropriate tools for the stage of their journey.

    My background helps me bridge the worlds of the health sector and the complimentary health community. I have worked in the health sector since 1990. I became a holistic health practitioner in 2005 when I discovered vibrational medicine and the magic of nature. I found that nature is here to support us, if only we ask. I am the bridge; I work with people where they want to be and how they are coping with the changes in their life.

    I have faced my own health challenges with three cancer events. My recovery was a partnership between the health sector looking after my physical health and working with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® looking after my spiritual and metaphysical health. I continue to work on my inner journey and have completed the Medicine Woman Certificate in Healers Studies© and Medicine Woman Certificate in Shamanic Studies© in the Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies®. I apply the learnings in my daily life. I am now fit, healthy, and can follow my passion for adventures in the Himalayas and Japan.”
