1. INTRODUCTION
This website and any other websites or online schools to which these Terms and Conditions apply (each, a “Website”) are owned and operated by Ogdoad Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing, using, subscribing to, or placing an order through the Website, you—either as an individual or as a representative of a business (including any sub-users you may have)—agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, students, merchants, or contributors of content.
We provide the Website, including all information, tools, and services available from the Website, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
2.1 Orders may be placed nationally and internationally through our secure website.
2.2 Payment Options:
- 2.1 International orders can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
- 2.2 New Zealand orders can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by direct bank transfer.
2.3 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
3. SHIPPING POLICY 3.1 New Zealand Orders
3.1.1 All orders delivered within New Zealand incur a flat rate of NZ$8.00 for postage and handling.
3.1.2 Orders are shipped via tracked courier to street addresses or via New Zealand Post to PO Boxes and rural addresses.
3.1.3 We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days (rural deliveries may take longer).
3.1.4 For courier deliveries, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and tracking number to monitor delivery status online.
3.2 International Orders
3.2.1 Shipping options depend on the value and weight of your order:
- International Economy – trackable. Only available for orders valued at NZ$250 or less and under 2kg.
- International Courier – trackable with signature required. Only available for orders valued at NZ$1000 or less.
- International Express Courier – trackable with signature required. Available for all orders.
3.2.2 The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. You can also view a quote on the Shopping Cart summary page at any time during your order process. Orders are processed promptly. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days (depending on method and destination).
3.2.3 In accordance with New Zealand regulations, the retail value of the products must be displayed on the consignment note. Customs and import laws vary by country and may change without notice. Some items we sell may be restricted or prohibited in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items you order comply with your local laws. Any customs clearance fees, duties, taxes or inspections are your responsibility.
3.2.4 If an order is returned to us by your country’s customs authority in a resalable condition, we will refund the value of the products received. Refunds are not provided for parcels detained or confiscated by your country’s customs.
3.2.5 We recommend checking with your local Customs Office before placing your order.
3.2.6 We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
4. RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 We take great pride in offering you a quality service at all levels. Our products are treasures and are packed with the utmost care.
4.2 If any products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we are happy to replace them at no additional charge.
4.3 Refunds or replacements are not available for items selected incorrectly at the time of purchase.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for product orders and all educational programs delivered through House of the Bee Mystery School® and its associated training pathways.
5.1 Product Orders
5.1.1 Orders placed through our website are processed once payment has been received.
5.1.2 Once your payment is confirmed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
5.1.3 Please select your items carefully.
5.2 House of the Bee Mystery School® Course Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all in-class and online programs delivered through the following four training establishments within House of the Bee Mystery School®:
- Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies®
- Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy®
- First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy
- Cosmic Cauldron of Transformation®
We maintain a unified cancellation policy across all training pathways.

5.3 Re-Enrolment
5.3.1 You may re-enrol in a course once only, at no additional cost, provided this is done within 12 months of your original withdrawal date.
5.3.2 You must provide written confirmation of your original withdrawal in order to re-enrol.
5.3.3 If more than 12 months have passed since your withdrawal, the full course fee will apply.
5.4 Courses with Physical Product Kits
5.4.1 For all courses that include physical products or ritual kits, no refunds will be granted once access to the online school has been provided, regardless of whether the physical products have been opened, used, returned, or remain unused.
5.4.2 This policy ensures the energetic sanctity and integrity of the training materials, which are prepared with intention and sacred purpose.
6. CONDITIONS OF PROGRAM ENROLMENT
6.1 By enrolling in any program offered through House of the Bee Mystery School® or its associated training pathways, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the guidelines of the online school, and any specific program protocols.
6.2 We are 1000% committed to providing state-of-the-art information and a structured educational and professional pathway to our students. At the same time, each student is required to practise self-responsibility and take full accountability for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and wellbeing throughout the training. Students are expected to have appropriate personal support structures in place during their studies.
6.3 Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® – Specific Conditions
6.3.1 By enrolling in a Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® program, you agree to follow the specific program protocols and requirements, including working with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® teacher plant essences or Porta Alchémica® formulations.
6.3.2 These programs are powerful, initiatory, and designed for serious and committed students. They are not suitable for casual or recreational study.
6.3.3 All students must comply with online school guidelines and program protocols. This includes active engagement with the vibrational tools specific to your program.
6.3.4 In accordance with the ancient tradition of mystery schools, it is a fundamental requirement that students be of sound mind and body to participate. Students who are not, either at enrolment or during the training, will not be permitted to continue. The Centre reserves the full right to terminate access without correspondence.
6.3.5 Due to the deep and logistically complex nature of these programs, it is recommended that students enrol in only one course at a time. Each program addresses a different level of consciousness, and the mystery school tradition supports progressive and balanced development. Each student is the best judge of their own capacity and must self-monitor throughout their studies.
6.3.6 House of the Bee Mystery School® and Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber reserve the full and final right to refuse enrolment or terminate access to the teachings at any time, without explanation.
7. PROFESSIONAL SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 Working with people with highly specialised conditions—such as significant personality, psychiatric, or mental health issues—may require a highly trained, knowledgeable, and specialised approach that is not part of our training.
7.2 As a practitioner, you are not obliged or required to accept every person who comes to you as a client. You are expected to understand and work within the limits of your training.
7.3 Each individual is responsible for operating within the parameters of their own skillset, as defined by the training they have successfully completed and the knowledge they have gained.
8. PAYMENT PLANS
8.1 By purchasing any training program using a payment plan on this website, you agree to the following terms:
8.2 You agree to pay the fixed and periodic charges as set out in the product at the time of purchase using a valid credit card.
8.3 Payment plans are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe will charge your card at the beginning of your plan and then automatically on the billing cycle specified at the time of purchase.
8.4 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.
8.5 The credit card on file will be automatically charged according to your plan. Any discounts or special offers apply only to the initial term.
8.6 If your payment method fails due to inaccurate or outdated credit card information, or insufficient funds, your access to the program may be suspended or terminated.
8.7 Access to the course is granted only after the first payment is successfully received.
8.8 A certificate of completion will only be issued once full payment for the associated course has been received.
9. ONLINE SCHOOL RESTRICTED ACCESS
9.1 Certain areas of the House of the Bee Mystery School® online school platform are restricted to enrolled students only. Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber reserves the right to restrict access to additional areas of the platform, or to the entire platform, at her sole discretion.
9.2 If you are provided with a user ID and password to access restricted areas, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
9.3 Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber may disable your user ID and password at any time, without notice or explanation.
9.4 Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and House of the Bee Mystery School® reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the online school platform or associated community groups, without notice or liability, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms and Conditions
- Disruptive behaviour
- Failure to uphold the integrity of the educational environment
- Breaches of program or community guidelines
10. PRICES AND CURRENCY DISCLAIMER
10.1 All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
10.2 We have made every effort to use accurate and up-to-date currency conversion rates where applicable. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of these rates. By using our services, you acknowledge that any reliance on currency conversions is at your own risk.
10.3 Ogdoad Ltd and its associated businesses shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of currency conversion estimates.

11.1 Nothing on this Website, nor in any material published by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber or Ogdoad Ltd—whether stated or implied—should be interpreted as “medical advice” or as a substitute for treatment provided by a licensed medical practitioner.

- The system and structure of the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® range of 185 essences, made from Vanterra Natural Health® mother essences, are created by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.
- Keywords, archetypes, descriptors, and educational frameworks are the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
- You may use 10ml stock essences to create 20–25ml blends for personal use or use with clients after consultation. When doing so, the label must include:
“Flower essences supplied by First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® – all rights reserved”.
12.2.2 First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy
- The educational materials, teaching structures, models and systems used in the First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy —such as the House of the Bee® Medicine Wheel©, House of the Bee® Nature’s Holistic Healing Matrix©, House of the Bee® Holistic Healing Chord©, and related systems—are the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.
- No unauthorised teaching, adaptation, or distribution is permitted.
12.2.3 Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies®
- The Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® educational materials, teaching structures and models and the associated system of rites of passage and initiations are intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.

- The Cosmic Cauldron of Transformation® educational materials, course structures and transformational processes are the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.

12.2.9 Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy®, Hermetic Occult Psychology®, Golden Grid Technique®, HypnoSuccess® Soul Coach

12.3 Course Material, Books, eBooks, and Other Published Works
12.3.1 All course materials (written, video, and audio), books, ebooks, brochures and workbooks – including all text, original images, graphics, art work, photographs, design elements, and educational models, etc, is the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and protected by copyright.
12.3.2 These materials may not be copied, stored, transmitted, taught, or reused in any form or by any means —either in part or in full—in person or online without the prior permission in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.3.3 All course materials, supplied by us are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and may not be photocopied, transmitted, used or disposed of to any third party without the written permission from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.3.4 A maximum of 25 words may be quoted for review or endorsement purposes, provided full source attribution is given.
12.3.5 Under no circumstances whatsoever may these course materials, books, brochures, ebooks be used as part of any other educational or study program or made available to the general public unless permission to do so has been received in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber. Nor can this material be otherwise circulated in any form of binding or cover other than that in which it is published in hard or soft copy.
12.4 Using and Selling Our Products
12.4.1 First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and Porta Alchémica® products are finished products. They must not be used as raw ingredients in the manufacture of your own branded or commercial products.
12.4.2 Porta Alchémica® products must not be blended, altered, or added to any other formulations, including flower essence blends.
12.4.3 Vanterra Natural Health® (www.vanterranaturalhealth.co.nz), founded by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, is the sole authorised supplier of the mother essences and raw materials from which First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and Porta Alchémica® products are made. Vanterra Natural Health® are specialist producers, manufacturers and wholesale suppliers of New Zealand native flower and plant essences. Vanterra Natural Health® specialises in natural health formulations for holistic wellbeing and is dedicated to producing the world’s most pristine and effective vibrational medicine. 12.4.4 Cloning or using our intellectual property or copyright material and without our written permission in the making, marketing and selling of your own commercially branded products or ranges of products will be seen as an infringement of our intellectual property and copyright.
12.4.5 All of our products are our intellectual property and as a matter of policy we do pursue any unauthorised use.
12.4.6 First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and Porta Alchémica® products are created by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are part of in-class and online study educational programs owned by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber. These products are used as part of copyrighted in-class and online study educational programs that have been created and made publicly available by us. Under no circumstances whatsoever may they be used as part of any other educational or study program made available to the general public unless permission to do so has been received in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.5 Using Our Published Material
12.5.1 All material in written, video or audio form is protected under copyright law. You must follow the terms outlined below when using or reproducing any material published in written, video or audio form, including but not limited to websites, courses, books, ebooks, brochures, newsletters, social media posts by us and its associated brands, websites and online schools for your own use:
12.5.2 When quoting, using or reproducing any material for review and endorsement purposes that is over 25 words long, permission must be obtained in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber via email. You will be required to submit a sample of what the material is to be used for via email to Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber prior to the material circulating. If you require specific images or text from us please email your request with full details of what you require and your intended purpose and uses thereof.
12.5.3 When quoting, using or reproducing any material the source of the information must be accurately cited, e.g. Reference: The Sacred Plant Medicine of Aotearoa Volume 1 by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber or information reproduced with permission from The Sacred Plant Medicine of Aotearoa Volume 1 by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.5.4 When presenting a public talk any material as stated above may not be included unless prior permission has been sought and granted in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.5.5 Any intellectual property approved for your usage can only be used for the designated purpose you applied for e.g. your website.
12.6 Using Our Logos and Trademarks
12.6.1 Under no circumstances may any logo owned by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber be used without obtaining permission in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
12.6.2 Should permission to use our logo be given, it does not imply company representation, but rather professional association with the company. The logo must be used in a manner and context that accurately represents the brand, its products and services. The brands are trademarks and are copyright with all rights reserved to the owner.
12.6.3 Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber holds exclusive rights to the trademarks registered under its name. Any time the trademarked name is used it must be accompanied by a ® to denote that it is a registered trademark.
13. PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY AND COOKIES
13.1 It is your choice as to whether you provide your personal information such as your name and address to us. If you provide your personal information to us, it will only be used to create a convenient shopping experience for you, for internal business purposes or to help improve our website and your experience as a shopper.
