    “I grew up immersed in the wonder and beauty of the natural world. All my life I dreamed of sharing Mother Nature’s healing gifts with others. I yearned for the olden days and often wished I had been born in a time that honoured the old ways.

    I lived in the South of France as a young adult. When I was 21 a life-shattering experience led me home to my family and the wetlands, bush and rolling hills where I grew up in New Zealand, to heal myself. Western Medicine had no answers. I knew I needed Nature. In 2011, I discovered First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and with it, my childhood dream of working with Nature came to life. I had been born in the perfect time after all, a time of the return to the old traditions in a totally new and revolutionary way.

    I pieced myself back together with the help of this sacred plant medicine. Later I added Esoteric Hypnosis to my tool kit and learnt the ancient shamanic healing techniques for healing the soul and spirit. This has helped me hear and heed the voice of my soul and live an empowered and love-filled life. With First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and the skills I have learned in the Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy®, I ended up on the path I was always destined to tread, sharing this deep healing that has given me so much. Every day I get to live my childhood dream and open my doors to souls who want to work with me.

    As a result of coming to a place of peace with my own experiences I have the depth and compassion to hold sacred space for you, with the non-judgement that comes from knowing we all have our own path to walk.
