    “Hi, I’m Patricia, I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. In 2010 I discovered First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® powerful tools from nature and in 2013 had the privilege of becoming a First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy Tutor. This sacred plant medicine along with courses completed through the Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® and especially the training through the Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy®, have profoundly assisted me with depression. It is now a distant memory.
