    “My own healing journey has been (and still is!) a great adventure. This led me to the study and practice of natural and vibrational medicine modalities, both in seeking solutions for my own health issues and to assist others to achieve lasting healing outcomes. In my experience of over 20 years, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® really shine as they fundamentally support and empower the inherent self-healing capacity we all have.
