Without a clear mental image and the ability to focus on that image, energy becomes scattered and our ideas and intentions remain unfulfilled.
When your mind is scattered you lose focus and the ability to focus. Pulled in too many directions it becomes difficult to create what you are seeking, let alone act on it with focused clarity, certainty and power.

5 Easy Steps, 5-10 Minutes
Before You Begin
Affirm Your Magickal Intent

Then
- Light the charcoal tablet in a heatproof dish so it is glowing and ready for incense.
- If using a candle, place it in the centre of the altar and light it.
- Place the chalice on the altar and pour a small amount of pure water into chalice ready for you to add elixir and drink it during the ritual.
- Arrange any other ritual tools and magickal correspondences on your altar.

Holy Water
Cleanse, Prepare and Open Your Magickal Space
- Sprinkle Porta Alchémica® Holy Water around you, in the four corners, or flick your fingertips from a small dish to purify and consecrate the space.
- Say as you do so:
“I cleanse and sanctify with Holy Water, opening the space for focus to enter.”

Adjust Your Consciousness to Focus
- Place Porta Alchémica® Mercury planetary incense on the glowing charcoal, watching the smoke rise.
- Say as you do so:
“Mercury, winged messenger of light, clear the static from my field and attune my mind to divine intelligence.”

Anointing Oils
Attune Your Consciousness to Focus
- Place 3 drops of each Porta Alchémica® Mercury anointing oil and Porta Alchémica® Gemini anointing oil on your inner wrists.
- Use your index finger to draw the symbol of Mercury (☿) and Gemini (♊︎) on both inner wrists.
- Rub the inner wrists together
- Then inhale the fragrance 3 times.
- Then say:
“Mercury, illuminator of clear perception, Gemini, harmoniser of thought, open the pathway for clear focus.”

Align Your Consciousness to Focus

- Hold the chalice in front of you and say:

- Slowly drink the magickally potentised water from the chalice, feeling light fill every cell of your being.

- Blow four breaths into the space before you, saying:
“I blow focus through my world,”
(Then blow your first breath)

- First, spray above the top of your head.

Yes, you can. In fact, many of our ritual practitioners have an established daily practice of conducting multiple Astromagick rituals. There is no limit to how many rituals you can perform in a single session.

You may use a single charcoal tablet and simply continue through each ritual until you have completed your final working for the day.
