“I have done the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® courses many times and chose to repeat First Light® Seeds – New Beginnings course as I felt it was important to tune into the ‘power of the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® seed essences to support repatterning for my own life and for the changes happening in the world as a collective.

I wanted to connect to the wisdom of the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® seed essences and to refresh my knowledge. Deepening the knowledge I already have and taking this course again motivates me to offer support more without holding back.

I enjoyed deepening my understanding of what DNA really is about, especially about ancestral DNA impactation. I’m helping my mother who needs healing for her relationships with siblings and a parent who passed away many years ago. This course helped me to see the whole picture of the issue better and deeper than before.

Doing this course will improve my own awareness as to how my daily experiences and responses to experiences both positively and negatively influence my own life and the life as of the collective. It will be beneficial for me to give better support to my friends, family and clients.

I made some flower essence blends with seed essences for my mother to help her with her current issue which gave her a courage to face and to resolve the issue.
