At some deep place of being this is an invitation to know, to have gnosis, that you are supported by the invisible spiritual forces. Whatever challenge you are going through at a physical, emotional or mental level right now, remember that it is an opportunity to strengthen your connection to your soul. Trust your soul to guide you, have faith and be receptive to intuitive promptings and insights from the higher spiritual realm. Meditation, contemplation, quiet time with yourself and going deeper within can be very beneficial at this time. This does not have to be laborious or take long periods of time, life is busy, so keep it simple and simply create space for spirit to communicate with you.
