I feel I am perfect for the Medicine Woman Certificate in Shamanic Studies^© program and it is perfect for me because I have always been a lover of the earth, nature, and spirituality. Just checking in to thank you all for this program! My heart is totally focused on the experience, expansion, discipline and training that I am receiving. I am bringing in more joy and becoming more and more alive as I connect with nature and all the spirits connected to it and me.

I started my own heirloom food growing at the beginning of spring and what a joy it was to do that during my month with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® No 99 Pale Flowered Kumerahou and using First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® No 100 Mahoe with it. The time with the shamanic teacher plant essence No 100 Mahoe was simply ENERGY CANDY as I am a bongo / Congo player and now spend at least 15 min a day after my morning ceremony beating a heart based rhythmic beat to put energy wings on my prayers and to greet and send joy to all my plants – indoors and the ones that will one day feed me outdoors 🙂
