Over the years I have regularly taken First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®. After doing the First Light® Flowers of Transformation course, I now feel I understand parts of my personality to a different level. It is like being introduced to 36 aspects of myself that have been waiting for me, some more than others naturally. I am interested in learning how the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® qualities are used for holistic healing and I love how this holistic healing system brings together insights from many wisdom schools.
