Inner Sanctuary Ritual
5 Easy Steps, 5-10 Minutes
Before You Begin
Affirm Your Magickal Intent
🪄 To return to my inner centre, restore emotional harmony and connect with my soul.
Then
- Light the charcoal tablet in a heatproof dish so it is glowing and ready for incense.
- If using a candle, place it in the centre of the altar and light it.
- Place the chalice on the altar and pour a small amount of pure water into chalice ready for you to add elixir and drink it during the ritual.
- Arrange any other ritual tools and magickal correspondences on your altar.

STEP 1:
Holy Water
Cleanse, Prepare and Open Your Magickal Space
- Sprinkle Porta Alchémica® Holy Water around you, in the four corners, or flick your fingertips from a small dish to purify and consecrate the space.
- Say as you do so:
“I cleanse and sanctify with Holy Water, opening the space for inner stillness.”

Incense
Adjust Your Consciousness to Inner Sanctuary
- Place Porta Alchémica® Moon planetary incense on the glowing charcoal, watching the smoke rise.
- Say as you do so:
“Mistress Moon, great ship of the night sky, carry me to my inner sanctuary. Let your reflected light restore emotional harmony and inner connectedness.”

STEP 3:
Anointing Oils
Attune Your Consciousness to Inner Sanctuary
- Place 3 drops of each Porta Alchémica® Moon anointing oil and Porta Alchémica® Cancer anointing oil on your inner wrists.
- Use your index finger to draw the symbol of Moon (☽) and Cancer (♋︎) on both inner wrists.
- Rub the inner wrists together
- Then inhale the fragrance 3 times.
- Then say:
“I enter the stillness and the sacred silence within.”

Elixirs
Align Your Consciousness to Inner Sanctuary
- Place 3 drops of each, Porta Alchémica® Moon planetary elixir, Porta Alchémica® Cancer zodiacal elixir and Porta Alchémica® 4th house mansion of life elixir into your chalice of water.
- Hold the chalice in front of you and say:
“I am centred in the eternal stillness.
I drink the shimmering reflective waters of self-remembrance.
I abide in the eternal stillness of the inner sanctuary.”
- Slowly drink the magickally potentised water from the chalice, feeling light fill every cell of your being.

Breath and Aura Mist
Lock Your Magickal Intention In
- Blow four breaths into the space before you, saying:
“I blow eternal stillness through my world,”
(Then blow your first breath)
“I blow eternal stillness through the world,”
(Then blow your second breath)
“I blow eternal stillness through the greater universe,”
(Then blow your third breath)
“I blow eternal stillness through the worlds”
(Then blow your fourth breath)
- Spray the Porta Alchémica® Aura Mist in a triangular shape above your head, shoulders, and over your heart as a final sealing:
- First, spray above the top of your head.
- Then, spray above the right shoulder.
- Next, spray above the left shoulder.
- Say as you do so:
“I lock in eternal stillness.
Ita Est! (It is so.)”
Your Inner Sanctuary Ritual is now complete.
You can repeat this ritual daily or whenever you wish to return to your inner sanctuary and strengthen and deepen your connection to yourself.

Yes, you can. In fact, many of our ritual practitioners have an established daily practice of conducting multiple Astromagick rituals. There is no limit to how many rituals you can perform in a single session.
If, for example, you wish to call in love, attract wealth and prosperity, and contribute to global healing by performing a Protect the Forests or Protect the Bees ritual, you can conduct them one after another. You may use a single charcoal tablet and simply continue through each ritual until you have completed your final working for the day.
Conducting four or five rituals in this way often takes only 10–15 minutes and is a very efficient and effective way to ‘pack’ more magick into your day.
