36 Negative Attitudes
There are 36 types of negative attitudes that each of us can experience. Disharmonious attitudes, disempowering behaviours, negative emotions and limiting mindsets can lock us in a vicious cycle of stress and unhappiness. They can create serious problems in our life and eventually make us unwell.
