When I was creating the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® range over 20 years ago, the plant Devas associated with each of the 185 essences in the range appeared to me in vision and showed to me when, where and how each flower essence needed to be made. This ensured that the plant spirit released its full holistic healing power and that each flower essence in the range became a true and potent vibrational medicine.

First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® come in 10ml stock bottle.
Place 3 drops of stock essence on the tongue or add to a glass of water. Repeat 3-4 times daily or as required.
